Non-resident means a one that would not reside in copyright. Having said that, if a non-resident man or woman carries on pursuits via a long-lasting establishment in copyright, the individual is considered to be resident in copyright in regard of, and only in respect of, the routines of the individual carried on through that long-lasting establish
